Traditional global strategies are no longer sufficient. Instead ‘Fast Strategy’ is the way to go. Fast Strategy points at three main capabilities companies need in order to regain and maintain growth on a global market: Strategic sensitivity, resource fluidity and collective commitment.

The labour market increasingly globalizes. We work across borders to achieve the best solutions for our customers and we travel to find work. It is a new work life that demands new competences. Workshop #1 focuses on what it takes to work globally and how others have succeeded.
