Discover how AI is changing the cyber threat landscape - and how organisations can use it to strengthen their defences while enabling secure, responsible AI adoption.

AI makes cyberattacks more convincing, faster and easier to scale. At the same time, organisations introduce new risks as they connect AI models and agents to business data, tools and systems. This webinar explores both sides: how attackers leverage AI, and how defenders can use the same technology to identify weaknesses and improve security.

From a red team perspective, we examine how AI changes the attack surface. You will gain insight into the security implications of AI models, agent orchestration, tool use and integrations—including prompt injection, sensitive-data exposure and excessive permissions.

From a blue team perspective, we explore how AI-enabled security testing can support continuous vulnerability discovery, validation and prioritisation. Using the MindBreaker framework as a practical example, we show how adversarial testing can help organisations focus on exploitable attack paths rather than isolated findings.

Finally, we address management responsibility: setting a clear ambition for AI, establishing practical guardrails, protecting sensitive data and making accountability concrete. The focus is on enabling value creation - not simply restricting AI use.

By the end, you will have a clearer understanding of how AI changes cyber risk, what needs to be secured beyond the model itself, and which practical steps technical teams and management can take.

Key takeaways

  • How attackers use AI for social engineering, reconnaissance and attack preparation
  • How AI models, agents, tools and integrations create new attack surfaces
  • Why securing AI requires protecting data, permissions and the surrounding architecture—not just the model
  • How AI can strengthen cyber defence through continuous testing and validation
  • How to prioritise vulnerabilities based on threat intelligence and exploitable attack paths
  • What management must do to enable secure and responsible AI adoption

Target audience

  • Cybersecurity professionals
  • Software and data engineers
  • IT architects
  • Cloud and infrastructure specialists
  • Platform and AI solution owners
  • IT leaders and managers responsible for AI adoption and cyber risk
