Step-by-step insight into and practical application of the 5 tools in HYPE MUVA: Processes, responsibilities, value stream, plans, stakeholders, and register, as well as the 23 HYPE MUVA process steps for project management, including practical exercises related to the respective process steps.

The deep dive days are relevant for project managers, organizational change managers (OCM’s), project owners, portfolio managers, PMO functions, and others responsible for the methodological approach to delivering strategic projects and change initiatives.

Practical information

The deep dive days (December the 9.+10.+11. 2026 all days from 9.00-17.00) are designed with a focus on the practical application of the methodology’s process steps, dialog, interaction and practiseS. Participants will work in groups with either a generic case or a self-selected case. Please remember to bring a laptop. Full catering is included.
