Gain Professional Confidence: Emotional intelligence & Conflict Navigation

Conflict is an unavoidable feature of engineering. You deal with prioritizing resources and tight deadlines, therefore friction is inevitable. Your impact isn't determined by whether conflict appears; it's determined by how you respond to it.

This workshop series is specifically designed for young engineers who are ready to move past self-doubt and step into their full professional potential. It’s about building the internal clarity and external presence required to lead projects, influence senior stakeholders, and thrive under pressure. Confidence begins with how you own your expertise and manage your professional presence.

Over three highly interactive and experiential workshops, you’ll explore how to:

  1. Overcome Imposter Syndrome by grounding your confidence in the data of your actual technical expertise.
  2. Master High-Stakes Situations: Navigate disagreement and pressure with emotional maturity and professional clarity.
  3. Build Executive Presence: Communicate up and across the organization with the authority and simplicity required to drive decisions.

Workshops can be taken individually, but together they form a powerful journey of self-leadership and professional growth.

Who is your facilitator? Migena Gjerazi is a Leadership Coach, Trainer and Podcaster. Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Certified Leadership Coach trained by the Co-Active Training Institute; Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by International Coach Federation, Organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) and Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) assessment certified.

Workshop 2: Emotional intelligence & Conflict Navigation

Conflict is an unavoidable feature of engineering. You deal with competing technical interpretations, prioritizing scarce resources, and the pressure of tight deadlines, therefore friction is inevitable. Your impact isn't determined by whether conflict appears; it's determined by how you respond to it.

In fast-paced, high-stakes technical environments, emotional reactions can quietly erode your credibility, strain key relationships, and compromise decision-making.

This 3-hour interactive workshop is designed to equip you with the advanced interpersonal skills needed to navigate these moments with confidence.

You will leave this session with:

  • Elevated Self-Awareness: Strengthen your ability to monitor your internal state under pressure.
  • Intentional Response: Learn the critical distinction between reacting automatically and responding thoughtfully to triggers.
  • Personalized Insight: Identify your personal emotional triggers and recurring patterns in high-stress situations.
  • Conflict Frameworks: Explore the Thomas-Kilmann conflict styles to recognize your default negotiation and resolution approach.

This workshop is not about "fixing" a difficult team or manager. It focuses entirely on you: your patterns, your emotional agility, and ensuring your professional presence remains solid in moments of tension.

The session is held in English and in-person.

There will be provided a sandwich and a soda during the event.

Please note, there is a no-show fee of 200 kr. if you don't resign the event within deadline.
