The concept A Positive Activist is described in the book with the same title written by Acuity Worlds CEO Henrik Wenøe. In the book Henrik describes how to attract and develop loyal customers. This evening he will share some of the key points from the book and tell you how you can get more satisfied customers.

A Positive Activist is a person who has the mindset and skillset to create a positive impact on the world around them.
