As a non-Danish professional, it may therefore require some extra effort to get the most out of your career and work life in Denmark.IDAs peer group provides the opportunity to share experiences and get valuable insights into the work lives and career paths of fellow international IDA members.
Because of your similar educational backgrounds, you and the other members will share a common understanding of each other’s professional lives and career paths. This ensures that you can relate to each other’s situations and provide competent feedback.
At the facilitated peer group meetings, you can cover anything from networking with Danes and bonding with colleagues, to career development and the practicalities of transitioning to a new labour market.
