Many founders are deeply focused on developing their product and can therefore get surprised when they realize that the human part of running a business is one of the biggest and most important tasks. As a founder of a startup, you have many different roles from the beginning, and to grow your business into the next step you must have the right team around you. But how do you handle having interns, hiring your first employees and building a team? Leadership becomes a competence that you, as a founder, need to work on and pay attention to - but where do you start in this new role?

At this event, Lasse Dallerup will introduce the program ‘Future STEM Leaders’ and talk about the importance of understanding leadership and why it is much more than management or a fancy title. 

Valdemar Østergaard and August Gade will share their different experiences with the proces where they went from founders to leaders in their startups.
Mia Jung will tell us more about what to be aware of when going from founder to leader of a startup, and she will share her experience from within the field and also give an introduction to CSE’a new program on Leadership in Startups.

As we wish to create an environment for dialogue and discussions, participation is limited to 45 people and your registration is binding. Please note that we will charge a no-show fee of DKK 250, so remember to cancel your registration before the 24th of March if you change your mind about attending.
