You need to use your interpersonal skills and tools to guide the team members. It is your task to ensure that everyone is on board, that there is a safe space so everyone contributes with their knowledge and to mediate conflicts if the group has disagreements, that they cannot resolve on their own. The more you are aware of your many roles, the more you will be able to reflect on where you can develop, and in that way be able guide your team through the process even better. Studies show that the quality and innovative level of the output reflect how the quality of the teamwork was.  

We have designed this workshop so you can use your fresh in mind-experience from your role as facilitator in the course "Innovation In Engineering" as a case. There might be an overlap with some theoretical elements you went through before the course started, but the course will now provide you context and perspective.
