Session is in two parts: "General leadership competentces and a case from LEO Pharma!

Competences : Henrik Maartensson from Korn Ferry will present the competencies which are expected of supply chain chain leaders for future supply chains. The insights are based on more than 35.000 assessments within supply chain management, which Korn Ferry has conducted since 2020.

Henrik is Senior Client Partner and core member of Korn Ferry's Global Private Equity and Industrial Services practices as well as the Global Supply Chain Management, Operations and Procurement practice.

After a break with refreshments, you will get a first-hand view on what it’s like to be a leader in supply chain management.
