Join us for a workshop in which Kay Xander Mellish, an expert on Danish working culture, will talk about the Danish way of working. Should you compete with your colleagues and try to be the best, or should you defer your ambitions to those of the team? What should you do if you realize you can’t meet a deadline, or make a mistake on the job? How much positive feedback should you expect from your Danish manager? And how can you build a network both at your current employer and within your industry to boost your career? After Kay’s presentation, you’ll divide into groups to solve real-life problems about working in Denmark and building a professional network.
