Når AI-agenter får adgang til virksomhedenssystemer og data, vil det både skabe store effektiviseringsmuligheder, men også usikkerheder. Vi udforsker hvilke udfordringer der kan opstår ved dette seminar. Vi (IDA-AI og IDA-Mechanical) har inviteret 2 fra Context& som ved mere om muligheder og begræsninger og vil i løbet af aften gøre os klogere 

AI-agenter og Copilot-løsninger er ved at ændre den måde, virksomheder arbejder på. De kan tilgå flere systemer samtidig, kombinere data på tværs af siloer og i nogle tilfælde handle autonomt på vegne af medarbejdere. Men hvad sker der, når AI får “nøglerne” til virksomhedens data? Hvordan undgår vi utilsigtet datafusion, for brede adgangsrettigheder og sikkerhedsbrud? Og hvordan sikrer vi, at governance og informationssikkerhed følger med udviklingen?

Dette arrangement giver et praktisk og strategisk overblik over:

Profiler:

Peter Charquero Kestenholz er Founder og Head of Innovation & AI hos Projectum, som hjælper virksomheder med digital transformation og moderne teknologistyring. Med over 20 års erfaring inden for projekt- og porteføljestyring, innovation og teknologi har han stået i front for AI-drevet arbejde og Copilot-integrationer. Han er flere gange udnævnt til Microsoft MVP inden for Business Applications og er medlem af Forbes Technology Council, hvor han deler viden om fremtidens arbejde og AI-strategier. Peter er en erfaren taler med baggrund i implementering af Microsoft-cloud- og AI-teknologier i globale organisationer. Han arbejder især med at omsætte AI-muligheder til praksis gennem governance, værktøjer og organisatorisk forandringsledelse

Patrick Emil Rod Damborg er erfaren teknologikonsulent med særligt fokus på Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio og automatiseringsløsninger i erhvervslivet. Han arbejder med at designe og bygge effektive digitale løsninger, der kombinerer procesoptimering og AI-værktøjer for at forbedre virksomheders produktivitet og arbejdsflow. Patrick bidrager løbende med indsigt i AI-relaterede teknologier og bedste praksis via opslag, artikler og tekniske guides. Hans faglige tilgang spænder fra behovsafdækning og workshops til implementering af tekniske løsninger, ofte i samarbejde med tværfaglige teams. Med dyb forståelse for digitale processer og AI integreret i moderne platforme, bringer han både teknisk og strategisk perspektiv til organisationsudvikling.

When AI agents gain access to company systems and data, it will create major opportunities for efficiency—but also new uncertainties. In this seminar, we explore the challenges that may arise. We (IDA-AI and IDA-Mechanical) have invited two experts from Context& who know more about the possibilities and limitations, and who will help us deepen our understanding throughout the evening.

AI agents and Copilot solutions are beginning to change how companies work. They can access multiple systems at once, combine data across silos, and in some cases act autonomously on behalf of employees. But what happens when AI gets the “keys” to the company’s data? How do we avoid unintended data fusion, overly broad access rights, and security breaches? And how do we ensure that governance and information security keep pace with the development?

This event provides a practical and strategic overview of:

• What an AI agent actually is – and how it differs from classic chatbots
• How Copilot can streamline knowledge work without compromising data security
• The mechanisms and models that govern access, autonomy, and integration
• Where risks arise – and how they can be managed
• How to establish strong governance around AI agents

We will look at concrete security principles, best practices, and organizational approaches that make it possible to combine innovation with control.

With more than 20 years of experience in project and portfolio management, innovation, and technology, he has been at the forefront of AI-driven work and Copilot integrations. He has been named a Microsoft MVP several times within Business Applications and is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, where he shares insights on the future of work and AI strategies. Peter is an experienced speaker with a background in implementing Microsoft cloud and AI technologies in global organizations. He works especially with translating AI opportunities into practice through governance, tools, and organizational change management.

Patrick Emil Rod Damborg is an experienced technology consultant with a particular focus on Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and automation solutions in business.
