Many young engineers silently struggle with Imposter Syndrome, leading to self-censorship, hesitation in meetings, and deferring to older or louder voices. This workshop grounds your professional confidence in the facts of your knowledge and ability.

In this 3-hour highly interactive session, you will:

  • Define and de-fang Imposter Syndrome: Understand the psychological roots of self-doubt and how to separate feelings of inadequacy from your actual competence.
  • Learn about the Imposter Cycle and the five types of impostorism.
  • Develop your technical voice: Practice techniques for speaking up clearly, concisely, and with authority in technical design reviews, stand-ups, and cross-functional meetings.

You’ll leave with greater internal clarity and practical strategies to:

  • Stop mentally apologizing for your presence in the room.
  • Clearly articulate your technical ideas the first time.
  • Translate self-doubt into curiosity and focused action.
  • Increase your visibility as a valuable contributor on your team.
