Wintherbathing is said to be healthy, especially when you mix it up with sauna sessions! WHY? Because it increases the circulation of bloodflow!
There will be a few snacks at the end of the event
Program
11.30-11.45 Check in by the reception at DGI Huset - Herning
12.00 The sauna therapy starts. The theme will be "mindfull" which contains three rounds with three different scents: pine needles, lemongrass and star anise.
Optional to try a mild version of winterbathing indside the spa area after each sauna session.
There will be handed out free bodyscrub in the steambath that will have the scent of lavender. The Steam bath is inbetween the second and third sauna session.
Cold water will be available during the entire event!
13.00 The event is over but people are welcome to stay at DGI
