What is Six Sigma, and why do so many international organizations use Six Sigma to enrich their knowledge of their processes?

Come to this 2-hour introductory course and understand how Six Sigma is linked to Lean, and how an academic approach to optimization and data can enrich your knowledge of your processes.

Get an overall understanding of the Six Sigma toolbox

Six Sigma is the foundation of the data-based approach, where the ability to understand the performance of the process is paramount. The customer experiences the variation in the process and not the average performance we deliver.

This is often misunderstood in companies, where measurements and data often do not represent the customer's actual experience of the process. Therefore, we build on the understanding of waste reduction from the Lean universe and introduce a data-based approach that ensures the fulfillment of customer expectations through stable processes.

The course is very practically oriented, and we give you not only concepts, but practical examples of why Six Sigma can enrich your optimization journey.

Is this training something for you?

This introduction is for those of you who are interested in process optimization.

You will be introduced to the general process optimization universe, explained the differences in the different optimization techniques and given examples from companies that make use of the data-based approach.

If you are interested in getting inspiration and an overall understanding of process optimization, and especially what a data-based approach means, this introduction is interesting for you.

If you are unable to attend, please remember to cancel your registration. A "no show" fee of 200 DKK (300 DKK for non-members) will be charged if you do not cancel, or if you cancel after the cancellation deadline.
