Strategy Deployment - Making strategy operational - Supply Chain Leader’s Academy Module #3

All our organizations and teams have goals and strategies, and it can be more complicated than it seems to achieve them and get everyone to work towards the same goals. This evening is dedicated to better understanding strategy deployment, the tools available, and what you can learn from others' experiences when abstract strategy needs to become tangible and actionable. We will dive into how strategy deployment is actually done and work with real (masked) cases from Novo Nordisk to get you into the way of working and thinking.

Questions that we hope to answer during the evening:

• How do you make your company's strategy tangible and concrete for each team?
• What is an X-matrix, and how is it used to manage goals and key initiatives? – And what should it not be used for?
• How do you use smart leading and lagging indicators to ensure that you are on the right track? – What should be measured when?
• What is easy, and where should you be extra wary of pitfalls?

• We have two full time leaders / educators from Novonordisk "Niels Dalhoff & Trine Bay Rasmussen" to take us through the evening programme.

If you are unable to attend, please remember to cancel your registration. A "no show" fee of 200 DKK (300 DKK for non-members) will be charged if you do not cancel, or if you cancel after the cancellation deadline.
