THE ART OF COMMUNICATING
Communication is what we do as human beings. It is how we relate to each other. This hands-on workshop treats communication as a skill you can engineer rather than a personality trait you either have or don't.

Communicate with clarity and confidence
Clear communication is a skill you can learn. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn practical techniques to communicate with confidence, structure your message clearly, and have more productive conversations at work.
Over three practical hours, you'll work with the building blocks of effective communication. You'll learn how to prepare so nerves work for you rather than against you, how to structure a message people actually follow, how to listen and ask questions that encourage others to open up, and how empathy and body language strengthen communication without requiring you to pretend to be someone you're not.
We'll start with a simple communication model: sender, message, receiver, feedback, and the one factor that quietly distorts every conversation: noise. From there, we'll explore four practical principles that improve every interaction: clarity, concision, curiosity, and candor. We'll also discuss how introverts can communicate effectively by building on their natural strengths.
You'll leave with practical frameworks, opportunities to practise throughout the workshop, and concrete habits you can apply in your very next meeting.
