The decisive beginning - for you and your project
Long before delivery plans are tested, you are shaping trust, openness, and the relationships that the project will depend on later.  In short: this is where followership begins.

This is a live Zoom workshop, and it is not a “lean back and listen” situation. Camera on, microphone ready, and a willingness to join conversations in breakout rooms are all part of the experience. The upside: you will get far more out of it than passive listening, and you might even enjoy yourself.

The focus is on that decisive early phase where you establish the foundation for collaboration. We explore how to actively build trust, create openness, and engage both visible and less visible stakeholders, so your project has something solid to stand on when the pressure increases.

The format is practical and engaging, with short inputs, real examples, and plenty of reflection, dialogue, and small-group exercises. Behind the scenes, the content builds on well-established research and recognized models within collaboration, group dynamics, and psychological safety. You will meet elements from frameworks such as Radical Collaboration®, the FIRO model, and theories of group development, all translated into practical tools that are easy to apply in your everyday project leadership.

Eva facilitates the workshop and brings extensive experience in making even virtual sessions feel present, relevant, and genuinely enjoyable. Yes, even on Zoom.

The workshop is for project managers who are about to start a new project or step into one in a new context, and who want to get the beginning right, because everything that follows depends on it.
