The yoga starts at 15:00 sharp, so please be there 5-10 minutes before to be ready for the session. No yoga experience needed. Come as you are, in something soft, comfortable, and easy to move in.
Do you long to reconnect with your body — not to change it, fix it, or make it smaller, but simply to fully arrive in it? In a busy world, yoga can be an invitation for the body to come home to itself.
Sacha’s yoga is a gentle 75 minutes practice with yin yoga, some small flows, deep breaths, and space to soften into yourself.
She’s looking forward to welcoming you.

Yogaen starter præcis kl. 15.00, så kom gerne 5-10 minutter før, så du er klar til at begynde. Der kræves ingen erfaring med yoga. Kom, som du er, i blødt og behageligt tøj, du kan bevæge dig i.
Har du lyst til at genfinde kontakten til din krop – ikke for at ændre den eller gøre den mindre, men blot for at være fuldt til stede i den? I en travl hverdag kan yoga være en invitation til, at kroppen finder hjem til sig selv.
Sachas yogatime er en rolig praksis på 75 minutter med yin yoga, små flows, dybe vejrtrækninger og plads til at give slip og lande i dig selv.
