AI agents are moving from hype to everyday use. Where a chatbot answers a question, an agent can plan o its own, use tools and carry out tasks om your behalf, for example fetching data, filling in documents or running a workflow from start to finish.

This webinar gives you a practical and down-to-earth overview of what AI agents are, how they differ from the assistants we already know, and how to get started yourself. We use Microsoft Copilot as our starting point, since many people already have access to it, and along the way we look at other tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, so you understand the principles across platforms.

The focus is on practical use: how you build and apply agents for concrete tasks, and how to do it safely and reliably. The AI landscape is moving fast, and the webinar reflects the current picture at the time it is held.

The webinar lasts 1½ hours, and the pace is high, but you will have possibility to ask questions during the webinar or at the end. You also have the possibility to re-see the webinar as many times as you like, and at your own speed.

What we cover
  • What an AI agent is, and how it differs from a chatbot or assistant
  • The key building blocks: goal, planning, tools and memory
  • How to build and use agents, with Microsoft Copilot as the starting point
  • Other tools in brief: among other Claude and ChatGPT, and the open standards that connect them
  • Typical uses in a busy working day
  • Safety, responsibility and when an agent is the right solution
Who is it for?

What you take home
  • A clear understanding of what agents can and cannot do
  • Concrete examples you can go home and try
  • A basis for judging where agents add value, and where they do not
