In recent years, interest in classic danish food has increased significantly, and many are looking back to the familiar, homemade dishes such as roast pork with parsley sauce, tartlets and burning love.
Do you want to join the trend and learn how to make classic danish food with the taste of memories, tradition and coziness? Then this course is just for you! Paw, a professional experienced Chef, will guide us through recipes.
We make the dishes with respect for tradition, so you are thrown straight back to the good old days, but we will also play with techniques that can give the old classics a breath of fresh air. In this way, you will get inspiration for modern grandma's food, where tradition meets the present.
When we are finished in the kitchen, we go to the table and enjoy a cozy dinner together.
