You have chosen Denmark as your place to study or start your career. Now it’s time to understand what makes the Danish workplace unique. It is not just about your professional skills; culture plays a huge role as well in how we collaborate, communicate, and succeed together.
In this workshop, you’ll get practical insights and tools to help you navigate Danish work culture with confidence. We’ll explore what defines the Danish way of working, how cultural differences impact collaboration, and how you can start your journey towards working in Denmark.
We will advise you to have a notebook by your side or a word sheet open on your computer, since we will be doing some exercises that require you to note things down!
The workshop is facilitated by IDA’s career advisers and combines theory, tools, and exercises to help you feel confident and ready to perform at your next job interview. If you are registered but unable to attend, please remember to cancel so someone else can get your spot. The seminar is part of our "Uni to Job" universe, targeted for students, graduates and members who have completed their studies within the past two years. The titles of the workshops are: Pinpoint your skills, CV and Cover letter, Networking - the best hack for your job search, Tips and tricks for unsolicited job search, The Job Interview, First job around the corner – how to prepare, and Find motivation.
