The Sauna Gus consists of 3 rounds with different essential oils and music to ensure a relaxing and calm vibe and enhance the circulation.

Before, during and after each round you can cool down with a cold shower.

Included in the price is 3 rounds of Sauna Gus, snacks, tea and cold drinks.

Remember to bring your swimsuit, 2 towels and flip flops. There are changing facilities and lockers available on site.
