Udfordringer for den nordiske forsvarsindustri og mulighederne for samarbejde

De øgede investeringer i nye forsvarskapaciteter kræver en kraftig prioritering fra forsvarets side, men også at forsvarsindustrien i NATO-landene kan levere rettidigt og følge med i produktionen, så oprustningen ikke fører til flaskehalse i virksomhedernes produktion. Et tættere samarbejde mellem de europæiske forsvarsindustrier kan være nøglen til en løsning. 

Hør hvordan nordiske forsvarsvirksomheder mener, at man med deres produktion af forsvarsmateriel kan samarbejde for rettidigt at levere de kapaciteter, som forsvaret ønsker – til gavn for både forsvarsevnen, den industrielle konkurrencekraft og økonomien. 

Der vil blive serveret sandwich ved konferencens afslutning, hvor der også vil være mulighed for at tale med repræsentanter for de nordiske forsvarsvirksomheder.

• The European armed forces need to put their pride on the shelf and realize that the need for interoperability and interchangeability will require more common equipment.

• The necessity of the armed forces to align their requirements and agree around a common specification;  National requirements are driving costs and delivery times and are creating bottlenecks.

• The example of how to “think small” when initiating cooperation between European defence companies (CAVS case study); It is not realistic to think that Europe will align around one solution, rather smaller (regional) clusters of countries cooperating around a specific product or system.
