How the course works

The course consists of three modules, which can be taken together or separately:

  1. Understanding the Landscape – coaching, mentoring, and training (approx. 15 min)
  2. The GROW model – structuring your coaching (approx. 25 min)
  3. Troubleshooting – what to do when the conversation is difficult (approx. 10 min)

Total duration: approx. 40 minutes. Learn at your own pace — no preparation required.

After the course

You will have a solid understanding of coaching as a method and practical tools for managing conversations. You will be able to apply coaching in your daily work and handle typical challenges – with structure, focus, and confidence.
