Evaluation of events
Facts
- The evaluation form is sent by email to all registered participants who have provided an email address. It is not sent to accompanying persons.
- Evaluation forms are NOT sent to organisers/speakers/teachers, as they should not be able to evaluate their own contributions/events.
- The form is sent out 15 minutes before the scheduled end of the meeting. This means that if an event is scheduled to end on 20 January at 9.30 p.m., the form will be sent on 20 January at 9.15 p.m.
- Four days after the event, participants can view the aggregated evaluation without comments via the same link.
- Four days after the event, a final evaluation is also sent to the organiser, network coordinator and speakers/teachers.
IDA has set a quality target of 7.8 (on a scale of 1-10, where 10 is the best) for overall satisfaction.
If a participant's evaluation is 3 or below, an email is automatically sent to the responsible network coordinator. The network coordinator informs the organiser about the poor evaluation and what needs to be done next.
Remember to use the knowledge provided by the evaluation forms. And feel free to share your knowledge with other event planners.
