Collaboration between IDA and Grant Thornton

IDA has entered into a partnership with Grant Thornton, an international audit and advisory firm specialising in consulting for technology-based and growth-oriented companies.

Grant Thornton provides services within audit, accounting, tax, and corporate finance, and has a dedicated unit focused on entrepreneurs and technology companies. This unit advises on matters such as corporate structure, equity-based compensation, R&D tax credits, development projects, and public grant schemes.

The contact person for this partnership is State Authorized Public Accountant and Partner Morten Høgh-Petersen, who also teaches accounting and auditing at Copenhagen Business School and is co-author of the textbook “Iværksætterens Juridiske Udfordringer” (Legal challenges of the entrepreneur).

Morten works daily with scalable technology companies – from MedTech to AI – and serves as an advisor to several entrepreneurship programmes, including Danish Tech Challenge at Danmarks Tekniske Universitet.
