Principle Data Scientist & Project Manager
AI Verification for Construction Supervision demonstrates how artificial intelligence can transform the way construction quality is verified on complex engineering projects. By automatically comparing 3D design models with 3D scan data from construction sites, deep learning enables faster and more consistent detection of deviations between what is designed and what is built. This approach reduces reliance on manual, time consuming checks and supports earlier identification of construction issues, helping to minimize rework and delays. The presentation shares practical insights from developing and implementing an in house AI solution, including user adoption, trust in AI based supervision, and integration into existing construction workflows. Attendees will gain a concrete understanding of how data driven verification can strengthen construction supervision and improve project outcomes in pharma engineering.
