Head of research, LEGO

When you (yes, you!) learn something new about people or culture or IT, it is often the outcome of someone's research. Getting your attention is not easy. Join this session to learn how to make it easier.
Thomas shares examples from his work at LEGO and asks - How do project teams and stakeholders get the most out of user/audience research?
Himself a researcher for many many years, Thomas is constantly wondering what the true value of research is - for everyone else than the researcher that is! Building on his book User experience research with children, this interactive session explores where research ends and something new begins.
