In this presentation, Rikke will share insights from her PhD research on how the AI-first approach is shaping product design and development and catalyzing an increased focus on great UX in the enterprise software space. Her research explores dual value creation, which benefits both the customers (the businesses) and the users (the workers). She will discuss how this paradigm shift towards AI integration aims to enhance overall satisfaction and productivity, as well as some common pitfalls in achieving full return on experience.Bio: Rikke Kiilerich is a researcher at Microsoft's Business Applications and Platforms Group. She is currently finishing her PhD, which she has pursued between research communities at the Copenhagen Business School and Stanford University.
