The Board of Representatives

The Board of Representatives consists of 65 people elected by the society’s voting members. Graduate members elect 61 representatives while student members elect 4 through the organisation STEM Students.

The Board of Representatives appoints an Executive Committee, which deals with the society’s administration on behalf of the Board of Representatives.

The Chairman of the Board of Representatives convenes meetings of the Board during the second and fourth quarters of the year, and at other times when the President or a majority of the members of the Executive Committee deem this to be necessary.
