Startup workshop: Building Your First Product (MVP)

Your first product doesn't need to do everything. It needs to solve one real problem well. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn how to turn your idea into a focused first version that delivers a genuinely useful experience for your first customers.

Join us for this workshop, where we have teamed up with Even Founders, the Nordic's largest incubator for early-stage female founders. The Even Founders Startup School has helped 300+ participants in taking the leap to launch their own business.

In the workshop, led by Even Founders’ Ana Andonovska, you'll explore how to decide what belongs in your Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and what doesn't. Rather than trying to build a product with lots of features, you'll focus on creating a qualified first version of your product.
Through practical exercises, you'll learn how to prioritize features, remove unnecessary complexity, and add simple details that can make a big difference to how customers experience your product.

After the workshop, you will be able to:

Cut unnecessary features to launch faster without leaving the product feeling broken or half-baked
Add simple, high-impact details that make the first version feel professional and trustworthy
Deliver a complete, working solution that solves a real problem for their very first users

Whether you're preparing to build your first product or already have an early version in development, this workshop will help you turn your idea into something real that customers can actually use.

Who should join?

You should join if you:

Have identified a customer problem and want to build a solution around it
Tend to overcomplicate your product and want to learn how to focus
Want to create an MVP, but are unsure which features to include in your first version

Continuing your startup journey

This workshop can be attended as an independent session. However, it is also part of a three-workshop series covering the fundamentals of building an early-stage startup. Read about the other two workshops here:
