How satisfied are you with your job, career development, manager, colleagues and work-life balance? IDA's Career Check helps you assess your working life, measure your job satisfaction and identify areas that may need attention.

Your work has a significant impact on your overall wellbeing and quality of life. Whether you have recently started a new job, are considering your next career move, or simply want to understand how things are going, the Career Check can help you reflect on your current situation and identify opportunities for development.

The Career Check consists of 54 questions across five key areas:

  • Your employer, workplace conditions and organisational culture
  • Your tasks, responsibilities and professional development
  • Your manager
  • Your colleagues and professional relationships
  • Your work-life balance

Once you have completed the questionnaire, you will receive an overall score from 1 to 5, as well as individual scores for each of the five areas.
