Share your experience with IDA Knowledge Drops

IDA Knowledge Drops is a simple way to volunteer with IDA. In a short video, you share a piece of advice or an experience from your studies or working life that other members can learn from.
You don’t need to be an expert. What matters is that you have been in a situation others can relate to and have an experience you would like to share.
What is IDA Knowledge Drops?
Have you ever been in a situation where one good piece of advice could have made a real difference?
Maybe when you started your studies, had to decide which direction to take in your career, changed jobs or took on new responsibilities. Or perhaps at another point when you could have benefited from hearing from someone who had been in the same situation.
With IDA Knowledge Drops, you share that experience with other members in a short video. What you have learned along the way could help someone else move forward.
Why volunteer?
Your experience can make a difference
- Help other IDA members with practical advice and insights
- Share knowledge and experiences that others can relate to
- Contribute to a community where members help each other
Make an impact in just a few hours
- Make a difference with just a few hours of your time
- Take part in a one-off, flexible volunteering opportunity
- Choose a topic you have personal experience with
What do you get out of taking part?
By sharing your experience, you are not only helping others. You also get the opportunity to:
- gain experience communicating your knowledge on camera
- inspire and help other IDA members
- reflect on your own experiences and turn them into something valuable for others
How it works, step by step
1. Register your interest
Fill in the form and briefly tell us about the experience you would like to share.
2. Agree on the topic and recording
IDA will contact you to define the topic together and plan the recording.
3. Share your best advice
We record a short video in which you talk about your experience and share your best advice.
4. Help other members
The video will be made available on IDA Campus, which is exclusively accessible to IDA members.
What does it take to participate?
You can take part if:
- you would like to share a piece of advice or an experience that could benefit others
- you have been in a situation that other members can learn from
- you can set aside a couple of hours for the recording
- you can share your experience in Danish or English
- You don’t need to be an expert or a professional communicator. Your personal experience is what matters most.
What experiences can you share?
Think about the advice you wish someone had given you. It could, for example, be about:
- starting your studies
- doubts about your choice of study programme or career
- internships or student jobs
- the transition from studying to your first job
- working life as a recent graduate
- changing jobs or career direction
- taking on new tasks or greater responsibility
- finding your path and developing throughout your career
- other situations where good advice can make a difference.
