Career development and work life
Build a career that works for you
Knowing yourself is the best way to stay in control of your career path and work life. For that reason, it is valuable to be curious about yourself early in your career.
In IDA’s peer group you will meet likeminded professionals who can relate to the situation you are in. In a confidential space, you will gain insights that can help you make better decisions in your work life. The peer group meetings are based on group mentoring, feedback and sharing experiences. The goal is to enable you to take active steps towards the professional life that serves you best.
Peer group meetings are confidential and facilitated
The peer group provides a confidential space where you can follow each other’s development and share insights and experiences. Over time, you will get to know your fellow group members well, and you will be able to give each other tailored advice and feedback.
The group’s facilitators introduce relevant exercises and tools that provide valuable insights into your interests, skills, strengths, and areas for development.
