Knowing yourself is the best way to stay in control of your career path and work life. For that reason, it is useful to be curious about yourself early in your professional life.
In IDA’s peer group you will meet likeminded professionals, who can relate to the situation you are in. In a confidential space, you will train your ability to make smart decisions in your work life. The peer group meetings are based on mentoring, feedback and sharing experiences. The goal is to enable you to take active steps towards the professional life that serves you best.
You can join the peer group if you have 2-7 years os work experience and are currently employed. The peer group meetings will take place physically in Copenhagen, so it is preferred that members are based in region Sjælland or hovedstaden.

The group is facilitated in English, but we welcome both Danish and international members.
Price:
The price for attending five meetings in a peer group is only 495 DKK.

Volunteer facilitators lead the meetings
The peer group meetings are planned and facilitated by voluntary IDA members as part of their training in facilitation. The facilitators are continually supervised by IDA’s professional facilitator.
You choose the themes
The peer group takes a point of departure in cases from your working lives and careers. Our tools are mentoring and discussion, case work and visits from external experts who can contribute with new insights. Your interests serve as the foundation for the peer group, and you can contribute with ideas for subjects, cases or presentations that facilitate a valuable discussion. The group is confidential and a safe space for you to discuss current challenges with like-minded individuals who are not personally invested in your workplace.
