About IDA Traffic and Urban Planning
IDA Traffic and Urban Planning functions as a professional and social network that disseminates knowledge within our area and raises professional debates in relation to developments in the rest of society.
Every year we hold inspiring events, after-work meetings and conferences within a wide range of disciplines such as city planning, traffic planning, economics and organisation, traffic engineering, road construction, road maintenance, traffic safety and accessibility.
We provide our members with opportunities to develop their professional interests jointly and at a high level. Also, we work to create synergy between business people, the public authorities and the research- and educational institutions.
We meet this goal by arranging conferences, lectures, study trips, courses and study groups.
IDA Trafik & Byplan has a board of directors and almost 2,300 (as of 28.02.24) members.
