Foster a common language, dialogue and knowledge-sharing across professional disciplines amongst those working in Greenland
Provide other IDA members with a natural platform to learn about working life in Greenland when seeking new opportunities
To work at the intersection of all professional groups, where expertise is put to the test due to the frameworks and realities we share when working in Greenland
To inspire more young Greenlanders to study STEM subjects and pursue a career in engineering
