To ensure a clear brand identity and consistent communications, it is important that you, as volunteers, follow IDA’s design guidelines and use the materials that have been prepared for you.

Materials

A range of materials has been produced for use by regions and professional communities, including roll-ups, introductory slides (welcome slides for in-person and online meetings) and table signs for recruiting members and volunteers at in-person events. You can see what the various designs look like below:

It is also possible to have flyers, membership cards, programmes, etc. produced, but please note that at IDA we are actively working to reduce our environmental impact. We therefore print as little as possible and recommend that as many materials as possible be produced digitally, as this is not only sustainable but also more flexible in terms of any necessary corrections. If you do require printed materials, please note that any products ordered are at your own expense.

Need help with materials?

If you have any questions about the materials or ideas for new materials for use by regions and professional unis, please feel free to contact coordinator Chanett Roland
