Fairpris power deal with exclusive member discounts

As a member of IDA, you get access to power deals at Fairpris without any binding or hidden fees. Fairpris offers complete solutions with a full overview and also with the purchase of your possible surplus electricity from solar panels.

You can choose between two electricity contracts, and you get a 20% discount on either spot surcharge or subscription. In addition, you get a DKK 200 discount on your first invoice as a welcome bonus.

Choose the product that suits your consumption

Fairpris recommends choosing a solution based on your annual electricity consumption. According to Fairpris, the intersection point for optimal savings is 4,500 kWh/year.

Fair Flex (under 4,500 kWh/year): For those who want 0 kr. in a fixed subscription. Fair Flex is an electricity contract with maximum flexibility and the opportunity to use electricity when it is cheapest.

• Subscription: DKK 0/month
• Spot surcharge: 8 øre/kWh (normal price 10 øre/kWh)
• Balancing and trading costs surcharge: 2 øre/kWh*
• Invoicing: Spot price hour by hour. Prepayment with monthly adjustment according to actual consumption.

Fair Fast (over 4,500 kWh/year): For those who want 0 øre in a spot surcharge. Fair Fast is an electricity contract for homes with an electric car or heat pump.

• Subscription: DKK 31.20/month (normal price DKK 39/month)
• Spot surcharge: 0 øre/kWh
• Balancing and trading costs surcharge: 2 øre/kWh*
• Invoicing: Spot price hour by hour. Prepayment with monthly adjustment according to actual consumption.

On both electricity contracts, you get DKK 200 in discount on your first invoice as a welcome bonus. And there are no bindings on either Fair Flex or Fair Fast.

*The cost of 2 øre/kWh covers, among other things, the purchase of electricity and balance responsibility via Fairpris' supplier Mind Energy (formerly Energi Danmark), which handles trading and balancing in the electricity market. The surcharge therefore does not accrue to Fairpris, but covers the costs incurred by their balance responsible partner.

How to get the discount

• Click on IDA's registration link from Fairpris
• You will find IDA's registration link on My IDA
• On the link you fill out the form, and then Fairpris will contact you and handle the process. Your welcome discount of DKK 200 will be automatically deducted from your first invoice, and your membership discount will be activated immediately.

Please note that the offer does not apply to existing Fairpris customers. You cannot transfer your Fairpris subscription to a subscription with the IDA discount.
