An air to air heat pump consists of an outdoor unit and one or more indoor units. The outdoor unit collects heat from the air outside and transfers it to the indoor unit in the house, which subsequently distributes the air into the home using a fan. It is not possible to heat domestic water or radiator water with an air to air heat pump. With a heat pump, you can also cool your home.
Air purification
Some heat pumps have built-in advanced air purification systems. The Nanoe-X technology, which is available in several models, purifies the air of pollen, pollution, fungus and smoke. If you are allergic, a heat pump can also help to improve the indoor climate and reduce discomfort.
Remote control
You can control your heat pump no matter where you are. You can control your heat pump remotely via the internet or text message. This way you can control your home environment using your smartphone, tablet (iOS/Android) or from a PC with internet access.
5-year warranty
As a Panasonic Center, Panasonic Center Rødovre provides a 5-year warranty on most Panasonic models. The warranty covers both the indoor and outdoor parts of the heat pump. The warranty requires installation by an approved installer and compliance with the statutory inspections.
Air to air heat pumps
An air to air heat pump is best suited for smaller single-storey houses, summer houses or as a supplement to larger properties. The air to air heat pumps that Panasonic Center carries are therefore developed to meet almost all needs for all types of homes. Panasonic Center offers you all model types from wall-mounted systems to floor models.
The advanced air purification system ensures rapid heating of the home in cold weather, but also acts as an effective air conditioning system in the summer months, and therefore contributes to a comfortable indoor climate all year round. Air circulation also helps to remove moisture and prevent dust formation in homes with low occupancy rates, such as holiday homes, condominiums and summer homes.
A heat pump from Panasonic Center typically provides an energy reduction of 30-50% of the total energy costs, which means that the initial investment is quickly repaid. The heat pump also allows you to keep your summer home heated all year round at lower costs.
It is important for you to consider the air to air heat pump's so-called standard effect before you invest in it. The standard effect is an expression of how much energy the heat pump emits in relation to how much it consumes. The more it emits, the more money you save. Air to air heat pumps are energy-labeled by the Danish Energy Agency, and while A+++ air pumps are more expensive than other air pumps, purchasing A+++ is often the best value, as they use less electricity, and that saving quickly adds up to a lot of money.
The more expensive models come with frequency control, which means that the pump's output is automatically adjusted to the surrounding temperature, and they also have the added bonus of being more durable.
