Membership discount at BookBeat
BookBeat is a digital subscription service for audiobooks and e-books, accessible via your mobile or tablet. With BookBeat, you get access to over 1,000,000 books at a discount through your IDA-membership, and you can start with 60 days free, where you can listen or read up to 40 hours.
The free trial is for new customers to BookBeat. After the free trial period, the subscription will be renewed automatically from 59 kr./month. There is no commitment.
Choose between 3 subscription types:
- Basic subscription: Listen and read for up to 20 hours per month. Standard price: DKK 59 per month.
- Standard subscription: Listen and read for up to 100 hours per month. Standard price: DKK 99 per month.
- Premium subscription: Unlimited access to listening to and reading more than 800,000 books. Standard price: DKK 129 per month.
For the family
With a family subscription, up to five people can share the same BookBeat account. When adding another family member to your subscription, all you have to do is add a new profile. Each new profile costs DKK 49 extra per month.
Get started
It is easy to get started using BookBeat. First, you need to register to BookBeat.dk. You can add more profiles if you would like to. Once you are registered, you need to download the BookBeat app to your mobile or tablet, and start streaming.
You can cancel your subscription at all times, so it is easy to close your account if you no longer wish to use BookBeat.
Listen and read whenever you want
With BookBeat’s streaming service, you get access to over 800,000 books. It is up to you whether you prefer to stream or download the books, so you can listen offline. Offline listening is perfect for when you are on the road and do not have access to mobile data or WiFi. BookBeat is also supported by both Apple Carplay and Apple Watch.
