Sauna infusion is a form of aromatherapy in the sauna, where a master pours water mixed with essential oils onto the hot stones. The heat and scent are then distributed using a towel or fan, creating an intense, relaxing and meditative experience. A session lasts approximately 75 minutes including breaks and typically consists of 3 rounds of approximately 12 minutes with breaks of approximately 8 minutes between each round.
