Afternoon Tea with IDA

Over 3500 events were organised in 2025 in IDA for our 180 000 members. Those events are planned, driven and exectuted by a large group of IDA members, who volunteer their time and energy to bring new ideas, trends, professional knowledge and expertice closer to our members and strengthen our community. 

You can become part of this volunteer corpse and bring your ideas in the mix. IDA has over 50 professional networks that each year make events, workshops, conferences, webinars and many other types of events that you enjoy. We - IDA volunteers - would like to invite you to IDA for an Afternoon Tea to meet us and share your ideas on what kind events you want to se happen in 2026 and how you would like to contribute to creating events in IDA. 

A selected number of IDA's professional technical societies invite you to a unique opportunity to meet with us, who arrange the exciting professional events that IDA is so known for. We invite you to an afternoon tea with some bubbles and light finger food, where you can meet the volunteers, discuss professional topics and gain insight into:

• how IDA's volunteer corps works, 
• how do we make events, 
• how you can become a volunteer and 
• how you can get involved in the technical work.

17.45 - 18.00 : Award ceremony and thank you for today

Targetgroup

 Members of IDA who would like to try their hand at volunteering, expanding their network and strengthening their professional skills.

Practical info

Participation is free, but there will be a no-show fee of dkk. 350.
