Vi mødes i Havreholm Klatrepark, hvor instruktørerne tager godt imod os og sørger for, at alle får en sikker introduktion til udstyr og teknikker. Herefter er det tid til at udforske de forskellige baner:

Klatre- og svævebanerne i Havreholm

Undervejs bestemmer du selv tempo og sværhedsgrad – her er plads til både hygge, grin og personlige sejre i højden.

Dagens flow

1. Instruktion & udstyr – Sikkerheden kommer i første række, og I får 30 minutters råd og vejledning.
2. Klatring – I bestemmer om I vil nøjes med én bane eller kaste jer ud i alle tre. Der er alternativer til nedstigning undervejs, hvis det bliver for voldsomt.
3. Tid – Deltagerne får typisk 3,5–4 timer i klatreparken (inklusive instruktion) – rigeligt tid til alle ruter og pauser. 
4. Sandwich pause kl.12:30– Efter højderne samles vi til en velfortjent sandwich i parkens smukke rammer. Nyd udsigten, del dagens sejre, eller slap bare af i det grønne.

We'll meet at Havreholm Climbing Park, where the instructors will give us a warm welcome and make sure everyone receives a safe introduction to the equipment and techniques. After that, it’s time to explore the different courses:

Along the way, you'll set your own pace and difficulty level – there’s room for fun, laughter, and personal victories up in the trees.

Program of the Day

• Instruction & equipment – Safety comes first. You’ll receive 30 minutes of guidance and tips.
• Climbing – You decide whether to try just one course or challenge yourself with all three. There are alternative exits along the way if it gets too intense.
• Time – Participants usually have 3.5–4 hours in the climbing park (including instruction) – plenty of time for all the routes and breaks.
• Sandwich break at 12:30 – After the heights, we gather for a well-deserved sandwich in the park’s beautiful surroundings. Enjoy the view, share the day’s highlights, or simply relax in the greenery.
