IDA Private Sector's General Meeting and Spring Conference 2026 will take place on 1. and 2. May 2026 in IDA Conference. Get elected for the Board at the General Meeting and expand your professional horisons and social network at the Spring Conference.

Practical Information
The event is for privately employed members of IDA, and you will be registered upon arrival. Overnight accommodation is available at WakeUp Copenhagen, and there will be dinner on Friday and both breakfast and lunch on Saturday. The event is held exclusively as an in‑person event on a first‑come, first‑served basis. If you do not get a spot, you can register for the waiting list.
At this year’s General Meeting, only the alternate Board Member positions are up for election.
This year, the Spring Conference focus on how IDA as a trade union can support you in your work life and provide you with relevant tools to utilise in your job. There is also great emphasis on networking and social interaction with your colleagues in the private sector. Moreover, you have the chance to influence IDA's work for privately employed members by becoming an alternate Board Member and help influence the work of IDA Private Sector.
The presentations during the Spring Conference will be in Danish. With 5 or more members needing translation, IDA offer services that simultaneously renders the presentations into English.
Failure to attend without cancellation will result in a no‑show fee of DKK 500.

- Cancellation deadline: 10th of April 2026
- Deadline for handing in proposals for consideration at the General Meeting: 10th of April 2026
- Announcement of received proposals: 7 days before the General Meeting
