Many entrepreneurs hesitate to form a board of directors – perhaps out of fear of endless meetings, concerns about complex processes, extra costs or uncertainty about where to begin. However, having a board or advisory board can be vital for business success, offering valuable experience, insights, new competencies and networks to help the company grow.

At this event you will meet two different startups, sharing their experiences with building the company’s first board. We shall also discuss the benefits of an advisory board and the differences from an actual board of directors.
