You deploy an agent. When you come back later, something useful should have happened. How to do that?

Kasper Junge designs AI agents that work autonomously in the background — including Ralph loops, where an agent runs in a while true loop with a fresh prompt and fresh codebase context in each iteration, continuously committing to git. He explains what makes such setups robust, where they typically break down, and how to think about orchestration and oversight when you’re not in the room yourself.

Kasper is the founder of Computer Love, an AI engineering and open‑source startup in Copenhagen — and the team behind Ralphify.
