Leading Through Uncertainty: Practical Tools for Strategy, Decision-Making and AI Readiness

In a time where rapid technological developments – including AI – are reshaping industries and organizations, many leaders are left navigating decisions without clear answers. In this session, Nathan Furr shares practical tools to help leaders make better decisions, act more confidently, and lead their organizations through uncertainty.

Nathan is Professor of Strategy at INSEAD and widely recognized for his work on innovation, transformation, and leadership in times of uncertainty. He is among the leading international voices on how organizations navigate technological disruption and translate it into strategic advantage, and he regularly works with global companies on exactly these challenges.

Drawing on his research on “uncertainty ability”, Nathan will focus on how leaders can turn uncertainty into a source of opportunity rather than risk.

Participants will gain insights into:
