It can be challenging to match what you’ve learned during your studies with what companies are actually looking for. And if you're not sure what your own skills are, it becomes difficult to communicate them to employers—who want to know exactly what you can bring to the table.

In this online seminar, you'll get tools to help you put your skills into words, so you can show potential employers how your competencies can create value in their organization. Clarifying your competencies can also help you identify which types of jobs to pursue—especially when there are many options.

The seminar is facilitated by IDA’s career consultants and combines theory with practical tools.
