17:30: Discover "What is Pinsa?" through a brief, engaging explanation of its unique dough. Then, get hands-on as we learn the technique of dough balling, transforming 1 liter of dough into perfect 150gr portions (with the help of some enthusiastic volunteers!).

18:15: The moment you've been waiting for! It's time to "Make Your Own Pinsa." We'll guide you through the secrets of Italian-style toppings, ensuring your creation is both beautiful and bursting with flavour.

19:00: Savor the fruits of your labor! Enjoy a well-deserved dinner, complemented by an extra drink to toast your culinary success.

19:45: If time permits, we'll delve into the delightful world of Italian desserts with a Pannacotta preparation session. Otherwise, we'll simply indulge in a delicious Pannacotta tasting to round off the evening.
