Sauna Gus at Svømmestadion Denmark

The sauna Master will introduce you to the relaxing experience with Sauna Gus.

During Sauna Gus the Sauna master will put water or ice mixed with essential oils on the hot lava stones. The damp will spread in the Sauna.

Some of the benefits frrom Sauna Gus are suspected to be detox, greater weelbeing and enchanced circulation.

Included in the price is 3 rounds of Sauna Gus. Each round is 10 minutes with a 10 minute break in between.

before, during and after each round you can cool down with a cold shower.

You can arrive early (from 6pm) and use the other facilities in the Swimming stadium or stay after the session.

Remember to bring your swinsuit, 2 towels and flip flops. There are changing facilities and lockers available on site.

It is importend to liste to your body and get enough liquid and salt.

OBS: The Session will be held in danish, however everyone can benefitfrom the Sauna Gus no matter what language you speak.
